How do I book a site visit?
Open any property page, choose Site visit, pick a date and submit. An advisor confirms the slot by phone within four working hours.
Do you charge buyers a brokerage fee?
There is no fee on new-project bookings. Resale purchases carry a flat 1% advisory fee, payable only after registration.
Can I negotiate the price through you?
Yes. Advisors share recent registered transactions nearby so negotiation is based on data, not guesswork.
How much security deposit is normal?
Most cities settle at two to three months of rent; Bengaluru often asks for more. We negotiate this on your behalf.
Is the rent agreement legally valid?
Yes. We issue e-stamped agreements on the correct state stamp paper, and arrange registration where required.
Is listing my property really free?
Yes. Listing, the verified badge and enquiry screening are free. A fee applies only if you choose a paid marketing plan.
How long until my listing goes live?
Most listings are verified and published within 24 hours of the document check.
Are payments made to Akon Primeestate?
No. Booking amounts and sale consideration go directly to the developer's RERA escrow account or the seller — never to us.
Is the 12% return figure guaranteed?
No. It reflects the best observed returns on select projects; actual returns depend on the market and can be lower.
